Saundra Davis

Saundra Davis is a U.S. Navy veteran and nationally recognized financial coaching expert universally known as "The Financial Coach's Coach." As founder and Executive Director of Sage Financial Solutions and Distinguished Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University, she has dedicated over 20 years to democratizing access to competent financial services for all people, regardless of income or wealth.

After joining the Navy straight out of high school, Saundra later earned her master's degree from Golden Gate University, where she now serves as Director of Financial Planning Programs. As a founding member of the Financial Therapy Association and creator of both the Financial Fitness Coach (FFC®) and Accredited Personal Finance Coach (APFC®) certification programs, Saundra has trained over 2,000 financial professionals nationwide.

Her philosophy of the "financial health continuum of care" ensures people receive appropriate financial services based on their needs, from basic education to advanced planning. As a Master Certified Coach, Financial Behavior Specialist, and certified mindfulness teacher, she brings a trauma-informed approach to financial coaching. Her "fierce compassion" approach embodies her core belief: "I've never been in the business of helping poor people be more comfortable being poor."
